According to a notice published on the BAFIA website, individuals holding Headcount slips issued by Pishkhan centers (White slips) who are residing in authorized areas shall approach Kefalat centers until 23 November 2023 to register their information in Headcount systems and for recognition, according to a circular by NOM.
