Organizace pro pomoc uprchlíkům/Organization for Aid to Refugees (OPU)
Together with UNHCR, the ‘Organization for Aid to Refugees’ (OPU) provides free legal aid to asylum seekers, refugees, and stateless persons in Czechia.
OPU is a partner of UNHCR in Czechia. All services provided by OPU are free of charge.

If you have fled Ukraine and you are in Czechia, a lawyer from OPU can provide information on the procedure to apply for (or extend) temporary protection and assist you with the procedure where needed, including if your temporary protection application has been rejected.

Together with UNHCR, the ‘Association for Integration and Migration‘ (SIMI) provides free legal aid to asylum seekers and refugees in Czechia.
SIMI is a partner of UNHCR in Czechia. All services provided by SIMI are free of charge.
If you are at Prague Airport (or another international airport in Czechia) and wish to receive information on the asylum procedure in Czechia, you can contact SIMI directly. A lawyer from SIMI can provide you with information and advice on the asylum procedure and your rights.
