Refugee Employment Platform: The Foundation for Access to Rights (FAR), in partnership with UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, have launched the Refugee Employment Platform in Bulgaria. This innovative platform aims to connect refugees with employers, fostering self-reliance and economic empowerment within refugee communities in the country.
Caritas career centers in different cities, provide refugees with the necessary information and assistance in finding a job, career counseling, Bulgarian language courses, training for professional qualifications and upgrading work skills. In addition, they will have the opportunity to join the entrepreneurial program of “Caritas Sofia”, which provides them with opportunities for independent business development.

Organization, support, and development of socially significant projects for Ukrainian refugees in Bulgaria. Providing comprehensive assistance to the most vulnerable categories of Ukrainian refugees in Bulgaria, including children, large families, the elderly, families with disabled children, and women with young children. A humanitarian center to support the most vulnerable groups of refugees: the elderly, disabled, and low-income individuals residing in Sveti Vlas, Sunny Beach, Elenite, Ravda, Aheloy and Nessebar.
Providing employment counseling for refugees, including issues of taxation and establishing relationships with employers and contractors for work/services. Regular job fairs for employees and employers are also organized.
