How do I book a registration appointment with PC-MOI?
If you live in Baghdad and already registered with UNHCR, you will receive a phone call from PC-MOI to issue you a registration appointment, and undergo an interview or more depending on the case.
If you live in Al-Anbar, Babil, Basra, Dhi Qar, Al-Qādisiyyah, Diyala, Karbala, Kirkuk, Maysan, Muthanna Najaf Ninawa, Salah Al-Din, and Wasit, you should wait until PC-MOI schedules a mission to your governorate to be registered. If you are already registered with UNHCR, PC-MOI will contact you and issue your appointment during their visit to the governorate of your residence.
Am I registered with UNHCR but I changed my phone number, what should I do?
If you are already registered with UNHCR but you changed your phone number, you can submit a request through the UNHCR help page https://help.unhcr.org/iraq/, or come to the UNHCR registration center in Al Mansour to update the information.
When can I go to PC-MOI?
Families who have been contacted by PC-MOI and issued with an appointment must adhere to appointments, as failure to appear at the time and date specified for the interview will lead to delays in registration with PC-MOI. PC-MOI office is open from Sunday to Thursday from 🕛8:00 am until 15:00 pm.
