Family members of a foreign national who is already resident in the Czech Republic and has the status of a beneficiary of international protection, i.e., a recognized refugee or a beneficiary of subsidiary protection, can apply for family reunification.
The person can choose one of the following options:
- Long-term residence permit for the purpose of family reunification
- Long-term visa
