    We encourage refugees to exercise caution when accessing websites or social media pages claiming to represent UNHCR or the UN.

    Official UNHCR websites use the unhcr.org domain.

    Please note that UNHCR’s Cash Assistance programme has finalised. Currently, there is no Cash Assistance programme planned.

    We encourage you to remain vigilant and avoid sharing personal or sensitive information through suspicious links or unverified platforms. 

    📞 If you are unsure whether a website, message or page is genuinely associated with UNHCR, please contact the UNHCR Bulgaria via WhatsApp/Telegram/Viber at +359 88 544 0599 or via email: [email protected] to verify its authenticity before sharing any personal information.

    All humanitarian assistance and services provided by UN agencies and their partners are free of charge. If someone requests money while claiming to represent the UN or its partners, do not make any payments.
