UNHCR and its partners have well-established channels to report misconduct and to receive complaints, feedback or suggestions that include complaint boxes in community centres and at UNHCR’s office, as well as partners’ hotlines and direct communication with partners and UNHCR staff. Please approach the nearest community centre or UNHCR premises to report.
No, it is your right to share your opinion/feedback/complaint on our services. Your concerns are taken seriously and will be treated confidentially.
