Complaints, suggestions, and feedback

UNHCR and its partners have well-established channels to report misconduct and to receive complaints, feedback or suggestions that include complaint boxes in community centres and at UNHCR’s office as well as partners’ hotlines and direct communication with partner and UNHCR staff. Please approach the nearest community centre or UNHCR premises to report.

My complaint or feedback is not going to be taken seriously, I am not going to submit one.

No, all complaints are treated confidentially. You can also file complaints anonymously.
