You can ask about various immigration procedures, including visa types, residency requirements, and how to access essential financial services like opening a bank account in Korea.
The chatbot provides answers based on official and verified sources, including:
- The Foreigner Stay Manual (Ministry of Justice)
- The Visa Issuance Manual (Ministry of Justice)
- The Refugee Business Processing Guidelines (officially disclosed through litigation)
You can ask questions and receive answers in 9 languages: English, Arabic, French, Russian, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Uzbek, and Korean.
