Viewing and managing your appointments
If you are registered with UNHCR, the Appointments section of My Services portal allows you to request, view, and track your appointments for different services:
- New Registration
- Update or Correct Personal Information
- Add/Remove Registered Family Member (Death, Divorce, Marriage)
- Register a Newborn or New Family Member
- Close My UNHCR File
- Request Appointment with Government Office
- Concerns about My Data and Privacy
- UNHCR Document Renewal or Replacement
- Return to Home Country – Counseling Appointment
On my appointment page, you can:
- Request an appointment,
- Choose a preferred location,
- Baghdad City
- Centre and South Governorates
- Kirkuk
- Mosul
- Erbil City – Baherka Registration Centre
- Dohuk City – Domiz Registration Centre
- Dohuk – Gawilan Camp
- Dohuk – Zakho
- Sulaymaniyah City
- Sulaymaniyah – Arbat Camp
- View appointment details,
- Receive appointment notifications or reminders,
- Reschedule or cancel appointments.
How to request an appointment:
You can request appointments directly through the portal.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your My Services Portal account,
- Go to the Home page and click on “Appointments”,
- Click “Request Appointment”,
- Select the type of appointment you need,
- Choose your preferred location,
- Submit your request. You will receive a confirmation and can check the status under the “Appointments” section.

You can request an appointment by contacting UNHCR through our online Kobo form.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation in My Services portal. Depending on your contact preferences, you may also get an SMS, e-mail, or phone call.
You can select your preferred location, but the exact date and time will be scheduled by UNHCR. You will be notified once your appointment is confirmed. You can choose one of the below locations for your appointment:
- Baghdad City
- Centre and South Governorates
- Kirkuk
- Mosul
- Erbil City – Baherka Registration Centre
- Dohuk City – Domiz Registration Centre
- Dohuk – Gawilan Camp
- Dohuk – Zakho

If you miss your appointment, you can request a new one through the portal.
No. Each person must request their own appointment through their own My Services account. If someone else needs help, they must contact UNHCR or use their own account.
