Several options are available for you to submit complaints and feedback to UNHCR. Depending on where you live, these can include complaint boxes, Information Feedback Points, Community Support Centers (CSC), Community Outreach Volunteers, or Accountability Officers.
We encourage you to use the feedback complaint boxes available at refugee camps, and UNHCR Community Support Centers (CSCs) if you wish to share your feedback about service providers in a confidential manner.
