Not registered? Start your registration application through My Services

Attention:

Do not create an account if you are already registered with UNHCR. UNHCR will send you an invitation link by e-mail to help you create your account linked to your existing file.

Who can create a My Services account?

All asylum-seekers who would like to register with UNHCR Iraq can use My Services portal to create an account, provide their information and request registration with UNHCR.

Attention

Do not create more than one account. If you have already created an account and submitted a new registration request, you should wait for UNHCR to contact you. While UNHCR aims to contact you within two-weeks from the day you submit your application, this might be delayed in some locations due to the current high number of requests.

What you need to create your account:

  • A smartphone or computer,
  • Your own e-mail address (must be unique and not shared with others), watch this tutorial video on how to create a Gmail account How to create Gmail

To create your account, you must have your own e-mail address. If you do not have one, you need to create one first.

Do not use someone else’s e-mail or an e-mail you later cannot access because

  • Your e-mail will be your username,
  • You will need to enter a verification code sent to this e-mail each time you log in,
  • We may send confidential information to that e-mail which should not be seen by other people.

If you cannot create an e-mail account, you can still request registration through other channels.
Pending the solution to be available
