My Services Portal
All services provided by UNHCR and partners are free of charge.
UNHCR’s My Services is an online self-service portal for refugees and asylum-seekers in Iraq to access services when you need them, without having to visit our offices in person.
The portal is safe, simple to use, and you can access it on your mobile or computer in English, Arabic and Kurdish Badini.
Through the portal you can:
- 📝 Request to register with UNHCR
- 📱 Update your phone number
- 📅 Request and manage appointments
- ✈️ Check your resettlement status
- 📋 Fill in questionnaires / surveys
- 🎫 Contact UNHCR about your queries, complaints and/or feedback
To use My Services, refugees and asylum-seekers must first create an account.
If you are already registered with UNHCR, you will be granted access to the portal during your next visit to UNHCR registration centre. There is no need to visit the registration centre or take an appointment for the purpose of accessing the portal. If you are not registered with UNHCR, you may proceed with creating a new account.
