Please be informed that UNHCR is not part of the asylum procedure in Iceland and cannot provide legal advice to individual applicants regarding, for example, asylum or family reunification. UNHCR works with an experienced national non-governmental organisation, the Icelandic Human Rights Centre, which has staff members engaged in providing support and advice.
