How do I report fraud, corruption and other misconduct?
ALERT! Be alert to fraud and anyone impersonating UNHCR staff.
UNHCR will cease providing services in Azerbaijan on 31st July 2025 and the UNHCR office will be closed on 31st August 2025.
Anyone offering UNHCR services beyond these dates is not employed by UNHCR and should be reported to the local authorities.
Reporting past complaints related to UNHCR staff, partners and service providers.
UNHCR does not tolerate fraud, misconduct, or sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA). If you saw or experienced any of these involving UNHCR staff, partners, or service providers prior to the office’s closure you have the right to report it to the UNHCR Inspector General Office. Any activity that violates national laws may also be reported to the local authorities.
