IDPs who were already enrolled but have not yet received their assistance within two – three weeks, will receive their payments on the condition that they have not benefited from MPC assistance from another organization.

I received UNHCR MPCA cash assistance. However, I returned to my place of permanent residence from within Ukraine. Am I eligible for UNHCR cash assistance for return?
If you benefited from UNHCR regular or rapid cash assistance and returned to your place of your residence, you are eligible for UNHCR cash assistance for return.
- PLEASE NOTE: UNHCR is not currently promoting return to Ukraine or to place of your residence due to the ongoing international armed conflict. However, every person has the right to return to their country from abroad or to place of their residence and individuals may make personal decisions to return to Ukraine from abroad or to place of residence. I was found eligible for UNHCR MPC assistance. How long will it take to receive my cash assistance?
If you are found eligible for rapid cash assistance, you will receive your assistance within 10 working days. However, for regular MPC and/or remedial payments, please expect longer than 10 working days, but not exceeding 22 working days.
