- Inclusive Care Programme
The programme targets persons with disabilities, older persons, as well as their family members and caregivers. The programme aims to provide safe and multidisciplinary care while promoting independence and better inclusion of persons with disability and older persons within their family and community at large. - Medical In-Kind Assistance Some persons with specific needs receive assistive medical devices, which includes but is not limited to crutches, wheelchairs, etc. Strict eligibility criteria
