Registered with UNHCR but I have not received My Services invitation
UNHCR will send you an invitation link by e-mail to help you create your account linked to your existing file. If you don’t have an e-mail address, share the address with UNHCR through the following KOBO link.
At the moment, UNHCR Pakistan will invite only refugees registered with UNHCR in Pakistan. Eligible individuals will be scheduled for remote verification interviews. Following successful verification, their accounts will be created on the My Services portal. Digital accounts will be created for those who are at least 15 years old at the time of the verification interview.
To create My Services account, you would need a personal e-mail address registered with UNHCR. If you have not registered your email address and have not received an invitation to My Services Portal from UNHCR, please contact UNHCR through National Helpline at 0800-86677 or share your email through this KOBO Link.
