My Services Portal
All services provided by UNHCR and partners are free of charge.
UNHCR’s My Services is an online self-service portal that will be available for all asylum-seekers and refugees in Pakistan. This will be implemented in a phased approach.
The portal is safe, simple to use, and you can access it on your mobile or computer. It is available in English, Pashto and Dari/Farsi.
Through the portal you can:
📱 Update your contact details
🗓️ Request adding your newborns
✈️ Check your resettlement status
📄 Fill in questionnaires / surveys
🪪 Receive digital copies of some UNHCR-issued documents
If you are already registered with UNHCR, you will receive an SMS notification to start your account creation process. Please note that the process will take place gradually and you may need to wait for your turn.
E-mail address and local phone number are mandatory requirements for account creation. You can fill in this form to share and update your e-mail address and local phone number, call contact UNHCR through National Helpline at 0800-86677, or visit our partners office in Peshawar, Quetta or Karachi for guidance on creation and submission of an email to UNHCR. UNHCR is still developing this online portal. We will continue to add eligibility groups, functions and services and will update the HELP site as new information becomes available.
