UNHCR India reminds eligible refugees and asylum seekers registered with UNHCR India that the deadline to apply for the University of Edinburgh Online Postgraduate Scholarship Programme under the Digital Higher Education Initiative is 31 July 2026, Friday, 5 p.m. BST.
The University of Edinburgh’s Education Beyond Borders Programme is offering 15 online postgraduate distance-learning scholarships for the academic year 2026/27. The scholarship is for part-time online postgraduate taught programmes, with up to three years available to complete the degree. There is no travel or relocation component.
The scholarship package includes full academic scholarship support, a subsistence allowance from UNHCR India, access to pastoral and academic support services and, where required, learning device support for scholars residing outside Delhi-NCR.
Eligible and interested candidates are strongly encouraged to submit their applications before the deadline. No further extension is anticipated.
