Support for People in Situations of Violence

Do you know what violence is?

Violence is any act or threat that causes physical, psychological, or emotional harm to a person. It can occur in various settings, such as the home, the workplace, public spaces, or digital environments.

Violence disproportionately affects women and girls; however, men and boys can also be victims, especially in conflict zones or abusive relationships. In many cases, the perpetrators are people close to the victims, which makes reporting and seeking protection even more difficult.

By creating safe spaces and support systems, we can help all survivors of violence—whether women, girls, men, or boys—rebuild their lives and access justice.
