The Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees (MHRR) is responsible for individuals who have been granted refugee status or subsidiary protection following a positive decision on their asylum application. The Ministry assists these individuals in integrating into society by ensuring their access to accommodation, work and education.
A refugee or a person granted subsidiary protection has the option of being accommodated in the Salakovac Refugee Reception Centre or at a registered private address if he/she can arrange this themselves.
