Viewing & managing your appointments

If you are registered with UNHCR, the Appointments section of My Services portal allows you to request, view, and track your appointments for different services:

  • Close My UNHCR File
  • Update or Correct Personal Information
  • Help using My Services Portal
  • Concerns about My Data and Privacy
  • Report a Technical Problem

On my appointments page, you can:

  • Request an appointment
  • Choose a preferred location
  • View appointment details
  • Receive appointment notifications or reminders

How to request an appointment:

You can request appointments directly through the portal.

Follow these steps:

  • Log in to your My Services Portal account,
  • Go to the Home page and click on “Appointments”,
  • Click “Request Appointment”,
  • Select the type of appointment you need,
  • Choose your preferred location,
  • Submit your request. You will receive a confirmation and can check the status under the “Appointments” section.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation in My Services portal. Depending on your contact preferences, you may also get an e-mail, or phone call.

You can select your preferred location, but the exact date and time will be scheduled by UNHCR. You will be notified once your appointment is confirmed.

No. Each person must request their own appointment through their own My Services account. If someone else needs help, they must contact UNHCR or use their own account.
