The “To Whom it May Concern (TWIC) letter” is specifically issued to your family by UNHCR and will appear in the Documents section.
If you were informed by UNHCR that your resettlement case was submitted to a country and you have not received a Resettlement Attestation Letter from UNHCR, or if you lost your Resettlement Attestation Letter, please contact UNHCR Helpline at 0800-86677.
