Rapid Verification Exercise 2025

  • From 17 July until 15 September UNHCR will be verifying the information of all individuals who have approached our partners SHARP or SEHER for recording.
  • During this period, all recording activity at UNHCR, SHARP, and SEHER offices will be temporarily paused.
  • The purpose of this verification is to update our records with any new information.
  • The verification will be conducted by phone.
  • If you have changed your phone number, please update it through this link https://enketo.unhcr.org/x/XVkUw3Kw or by scanning the QR code provided at the bottom of this message.
  • A staff member from UNHCR or one of our partners will call you, introduce themselves and seek your consent to verify and update the information which we have about you and your family members.
  • Please answer as accurately as possible.
  • All UNHCR services are free of charge. No staff member from UNHCR or our partners will ask you for anything in exchange for verifying your information.
  • UNHCR has zero tolerance for fraud, corruption or sexual exploitation, and abuse.
