My Services Portal
All services provided by UNHCR and partners are free of charge.
UNHCR’s My Services is an online self-service portal for refugees and asylum-seekers who are registered with UNHCR in India to access services when you need them, without having to visit our offices in person.
The portal is safe, simple to use, and you can access it on your mobile or computer in English, Burmese, Dari, Arabic, Somali and Pashto.
Through the portal you can:
📱 Update your contact details
👨👩👧👦 Add your family members (birth registration and other family members)
📅 Request and manage appointments (birth and death registration)
To use the My Services, refugees and asylum-seekers who are registered with UNHCR India must first create an account.
UNHCR India will invite all refugees and asylum-seekers registered with UNHCR India to create an account. Individuals will be scheduled for face-to-face verification interviews at the registration centres in New Delhi and Hyderabad during 2026 and 2027. Following the verification interview, their accounts will be created on the My Services portal. Digital accounts will be created for those who are at least 18 years old at the time of the verification interview.
