This document can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.refworld.org\/policy\/countrypos\/unhcr\/2024\/en\/147710\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On November 3, 2022, UNHCR released a non-return statement for Haiti, which calls on all states to suspend forcible returns of people to Haiti.
