There are also partner lawyers who can provide legal assistance in Chernihiv, Lviv, and Lutsk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legal partners<\/strong>&nbsp;provide legal assistance to asylum seekers during the state asylum procedure and provide legal counselling on the rights and obligation of asylum seekers, refugees and persons granted complementary protection according to the legislation of Ukraine. Legal assistance may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>explain the asylum procedure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prepare the asylum application and required documents for the State Migration Service (SMS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assistance to access documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prepare court appeals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accompany and represent asylum seekers in court<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prepare complaints and letters to the state authorities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can get more information on UNHCR and its partners support programs in <a href=\"https:\/\/help.unhcr.org\/ukraine\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/36\/2020\/10\/Annex-1.-Legal-couselling-Note-for-new-applicants_Infonote_Eng_November-2019.doc\">this document(Information Note , Legal counselling for new applicants)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Social partners<\/strong>&nbsp;provide counselling regarding social assistance available from the state. It also includes assistance in accessing social, medical and education services.
