    Step 2.<\/strong> A UNHCR Helpline operator reviews your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3.<\/strong> You will receive a call during the Helpline\u2019s working hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Working hours:<\/strong> Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (Kyiv time)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Calls are free of charge. A Helpline operator will contact you using the phone number provided in your request.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
