Internally Displaced Person (IDP)<\/strong> is a person or groups of persons who has been forced or obliged to flee or to leave their homes or places of habitual residence within Ukraine in the last six months.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Who is a returnee?<\/summary>\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returnee is a Ukrainian person or groups of persons, returned to Ukraine from abroad after being forced or obliged to flee or leave Ukraine in particular because of or to avoid the effects of armed conflict and who have crossed an internationally recognized State border.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Who is Internally displaced person (IDP) return?<\/summary>\n

IDP return is a person or groups of persons, returned to their place of residence from within Ukraine after being forced or obliged to flee or to leave their homes or places of habitual residence, in particular as a result of or in order to avoid the effects of armed conflict, and who have not crossed an internationally recognized State border.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What does Multipurpose Cash assistance (MPCA) mean?<\/summary>\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multipurpose cash Assistance (MPCA) is a form humanitarian aid that provides cash transfers to vulnerable individuals or households to help them meet their basic needs.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is remedial payment?<\/summary>\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A remedial payment refers to repayment of cash assistance to households found eligible for cash assistance but did not receive the money due to errors for instance in their bank details or those who failed to withdraw their assistance from Western Union within 20 days.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Who is considered a household member?<\/summary>\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A household is limited to the following members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The head of household (The focal point)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • His\/her spouse<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Her\/his children (up to 23 years old)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • His\/her parent\/s<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • His\/her grandparents only if they are dependent, otherwise will be registered separately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Other individuals who are not part of the list above should be member of another household even if they live together.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    All members of the household should be present during the enrolment.
