Key areas where UNHCR Ukraine seeks to facilitate local integration are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advocacy (to streamline the legislative framework and create a favourable protection environment to enable refugees\u2019 socio-economic integration);<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.unhcr.org\/ukraine\/support-programmes\/earning-a-living\/\">Enterprise development<\/a> (self-reliance grants for self-employment) &#8211; currently suspended, please, await for updates from UNHCR and their Partners;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.unhcr.org\/ukraine\/support-programmes\/earning-a-living\/\">Vocational training<\/a> (assistance with skills training) &#8211; currently suspended, please, await for updates from UNHCR and their Partners;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.unhcr.org\/ukraine\/support-programmes\/earning-a-living\/\">Employment<\/a> (assistance with job search and collaboration with the Employment Centres).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In its efforts to promote local integration, <strong>UNHCR Ukraine cooperates<\/strong> with the state authorities and different ministries <strong>to ensure favourable conditions for local integration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>UNHCR and its partners support several programmes to <strong>assist refugees and asylum seekers with local integration and self-reliance<\/strong>.
