If your application is successful and your status as stateless is recognised, you will be granted the right to remain in Switzerland and obtain a B permit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We recommend that you contact a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fluechtlingshilfe.ch\/fileadmin\/user_upload\/Hilfe_fuer_Asylsuchende\/Rechtsberatungsstellen\/RBSadr_extern.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">legal advice office in your canton of residence<\/a> to answer all your questions and understand your rights before submitting an application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In Switzerland<\/strong>,<strong> UNHCR has no formal role in the statelessness recognition procedure<\/strong>.
