ONLY CALL OFFICIAL NUMBERS<\/strong><br><br><strong>Fraudulent charges<\/strong> associated with calls made to premium rate numbers <strong>have been detected<\/strong>. Specifically, cases have been reported in which, <strong>through the phone number enabled by the National Police, users are redirected to numbers such as 11821 to request asylum appointments by telephone.<\/strong><br><br>It is not possible to obtain an appointment through these numbers. The call starts and ends without being able to establish contact with anyone.<br><em><br>If when calling an official phone number you are redirected to the number 11821 or another unofficial number, you could be subject to fraudulent automatic charges.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=CHEB2rTw1bc\">You may obtain general information <\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=CHEB2rTw1bc\" target=\"_blank\">regarding<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=CHEB2rTw1bc\"> the reasons for which you can request asylum and how to begin the request for asylum process in Spain in this video.<\/a>&nbsp;The information is available in Spanish, English, French and Arabic.
