የድንገተኛ አደጋ አስተዳደር ሚኒስቴር (MINEMA) ከወጣቶች እና ስነ ጥበባት ሚኒስቴር (MoYA) ጋር በመተባበር በሩዋንዳ የሚኖሩ ስደተኛ ወጣቶች በሂደት ላይ ያሉ የንግድ ፕሮጀክቶች ያሏቸው እና ማሳደግ ለሚፈልጉ ወጣቶች  “በሩዋንዳ ያሉ ወጣት ስደተኞች መካከል የንግድ ውድድር እና  ሽልማት” ለሚባለው ውድድር በአስቸኳይ እንዲመዘገቡ ያሳውቃል።

የብቃት መስፈርቶች:

1. ስደተኛ መሆን አለበት;
2. እድሜው ከ16-30 አመት መሆን አለበት;
3. ንግዱ ትርፍ የሚያስገኝ እና ከ500,000 RWF በታች ካፒታል ሊኖረው ይገባል።;
4. ኩባንያው/የኅብረት ሥራ ማህበሩ በህጋዊ መንገድ የተመዘገበ መሆን አለበት (በሩዋንዳ ህብረት ስራ ኤጀንሲ (RCA)፣ በዲስትሪክቱ፣ በዘርፉ ወይም በሩዋንዳ ልማት ቦርድ (RDB) የተሰጠ ሰነዶች)።

 ማሳሰቢያ፡ የህብረት ስራ ማህበር እንዲሳተፍ እንዲፈቀድ፣ ቢያንስ 70% አባላቱ ወጣት መሆን አለባቸው። ለመሳተፍ ለሚፈልጉ ኦፊሴላዊ ህጋዊ ሰነዶች ለሌላቸው ሥራ ፈጣሪዎች ከአጋር ድርጅት ወይም የካምፕ ሥራ አስኪያጅ የማረጋገጫ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ አለባቸው።

5. ንግዱ በYouthConnekt ወይም በሌላ ለጋሽ በኩል የገንዘብ ድጋፍ ያገኘ መሆነ የለበትም።.
6. በባንክ ወይም በማይክሮ ፋይናንስ ተቋም/SACCO ውስጥ አካውንት ሊኖረው ይገባል።

የማመልከቻው ፋይል ማካተት አለበት:

1. ለካምፕ ሥራ አስኪያጅ የተላከ ደብዳቤ;

2. የፕሮጀክቱ መግለጫ;

      3. የተሞላ የማመልከቻ ቅጽ;

     4. የምዝገባ ሰነድ ቅጂ ከ RCA ወይም RDB፣ ወይም ከካምፑ አስተዳዳሪ ወይም አጋር ድርጅት ማረጋገጫ.

የት ማመልከት:

• በስደተኛ ካምፖች ውስጥ ለሚኖሩ ስደተኞች፡ የማመልከቻ ቅፆች በካምፕ አስተዳዳሪ ቢሮ ይገኛሉ.
• በከተሞች ለሚኖሩ ስደተኞች፡ የማመልከቻ ቅፆች በኪጋሊ በሚገኘው UNHCR ቢሮ (ኒያሩታራማ) ወይም በጊኮንዶ የማህበረሰብ ማእከል ይገኛሉ።.

የተሞላው የማመልከቻ ፋይል በኒያሩታራማ ለሚገኘው UNHCR ቢሮ መቅረብ ወይም በኢሜል መላክ አለበት።: [email protected].

ማሳሰቢያ፡ ምዝገባው በሴፕቴምበር 18፣ 2025 ይጀምራል እና ሴፕቴምበር 30 ቀን 2025 ይዘጋል.

ሴቶች እና አካል ጉዳተኞች እንዲያመለክቱ በጥብቅ ይበረታታሉ.

አስፈላጊ:

• አሸናፊዎች የንግድ ሥራቸውን ለማጠናከር የገንዘብ ድጋፍ ያገኛሉ።
• 120 የላቁ ፕሮጀክቶች ብቻ የገንዘብ ድጋፍ ያገኛሉ።
• ምዝገባ ሙሉ በሙሉ ነፃ ነው; ምንም ገንዘብ ወይም ሌሎች ነገር አያስፈልግም።

Mpox- Overview 

Mpox, previously known as monkeypox, is a viral illness caused by the monkeypox virus, a species of the genus Orthopoxvirus. Mpox is an infectious disease that can cause a painful rash, enlarged lymph nodes, fever, headache, muscle ache, back pain and low energy. Most people fully recover, but some get very sick. 

Transmission  

Mpox spreads from person to person mainly through close contact with someone who has Mpox, including members of a household. Close contact includes skin-to-skin (such as touching or sex) and mouth-to-mouth or mouth-to-skin contact (such as kissing). It can also include being face-to-face with someone who has Mpox (such as talking or breathing close to one another, which can generate infectious respiratory particles). 

Symptoms  

The below listed symptoms of Mpox can appear as early as 2 days or as late as 21 days after exposure: 

• Rash  
• Fever  
• Sore throat  
• Severe headache  
• Muscle aches 
• Back pain
• Low energy 
• Swollen lymph nodes.   

Hygiene and Prevention Measures 

Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer. 

• Avoid contact with someone showing signs of Mpox, such as rash, fever and swollen lymph nodes
• avoid touching items in shared spaces and disinfect shared spaces frequently;   
• Follow health advisories and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health on prevention and management, as well as guidelines by the Ministry of Education for Students.  

NB: Anyone experiencing symptoms should contact the UNHCR health partner if they live in the camps or visit the nearest health facility if they live in urban areas.
