It is&nbsp;prohibited for all UN and NGO partner staff members.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is sexual exploitation?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>It is any actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, differential power, or trust, for sexual purposes.&nbsp;It includes trafficking and prostitution.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is sexual abuse?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>It is any actual or threatened&nbsp;physical intrusion of a sexual nature, whether by force, or under unequal or coercive conditions. It includes sexual slavery, pornography, child abuse and sexual assault.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sexual exploitation and abuse can happen to anyone \u2014&nbsp;men, women, boys, and girls \u2014&nbsp;at any age, and in any circumstance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In line with the United Nations standards of conduct, the staff members of UNHCR and NGO partners must not:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have sexual activity with anyone in exchange for money, employment, preferential treatment, goods, or services.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have sexual activity with&nbsp;any&nbsp;person&nbsp;under&nbsp;the age of 18 years&nbsp;(regardless of the local age of consent or majority).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in any other form of sexually humiliating, degrading or exploitative&nbsp;behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are aware of, or have concerns or suspicions about a possible case of sexual exploitation and abuse by a UNHCR or NGO staff member, please report this directly to the Inspector General\u2019s Office (IGO) at UNHCR Headquarters:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Email<\/strong>:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:inspector@unhcr.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">inspector@unhcr.org<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confidential fax<\/strong>: +41 22 739 7380&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mail<\/strong>: UNHCR, 94 Rue de&nbsp;Montbrillant, 1202 Geneva, Switzerland&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In your report, you should include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>What <\/strong>happened?&nbsp;Describe in detail what you know about the incident or incidents.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Who<\/strong> committed the alleged wrongdoing?&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do you know if anyone else was involved?
