You can contact them directly.\u00a0<br><br><strong>In Bucharest:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estuar Foundation, a UNHCR partner, provides psychological and mental health assistance with trained staff and interpreters to those fleeing Ukraine.
