La educaci\u00f3n es un derecho universal <\/strong>para todas las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes y en el caso del Per\u00fa<\/strong> se garantiza que sea gratuita para todos los estudiantes sin importar su nacionalidad o situaci\u00f3n migratoria.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La principal instituci\u00f3n encargada de garantizar este derecho a nivel nacional es el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n (MINEDU) <\/strong>y a nivel distrital las encargadas son las Unidades de Gesti\u00f3n Educativas Locales <\/strong>o tambi\u00e9n llamadas UGEL. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
