The <strong>Norwegian Immigration Appeals Board (Utlendingsnemnda &#8211; UNE)<\/strong> is responsible for processing appeal cases when they are rejected by UDI. UDI has a system called \u201clawyer scheme\u201d. If you need a lawyer, (state how to apply for it) and a lawyer from this scheme will be assigned to assist you. The lawyer is appointed to represent you <strong>FREE OF CHARGE<\/strong>. You can check out the contact information for the lawyers here: <a href=\"https:\/\/advokatenhjelperdeg.no\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">advokatenhjelerdeg.no<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/e-justice.europa.eu\/content_find_a_lawyer-334-en.do\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EU e-justice Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><font><strong><font>\u27a1\ufe0f<\/font><\/strong><\/font>I need legal aid or representation through other Norwegian organizations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Norwegian Organisation for Asylum Seekers (NOAS)<\/strong> offers free legal aid in asylum cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All asylum-seekers who have had their asylum claims rejected by the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) or the Immigration Appeals Board (UNE) can contact NOAS to consider their asylum case. Click here for more information about what you need to do if you want NOAS to review your asylum case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The documents you need to send to NOAS are listed in the above link. One of the documents you need to fill in is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.noas.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Consent-and-power-of-attorney.-Oppdatert-september-2024..pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Power of Attorney Form<\/a>, which allows NOAS to handle your asylum case and your personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have collected and completed all the documents, you can send them by post or fax to this address: \u2709\ufe0f <strong>NOAS, Torggata 22, 0183 Oslo<\/strong>.
