I just arrived in Luxembourg. What should I do?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Please access UNHCR\u2019s Ukraine is Home portal<\/a>, where you can find all necessary on services and resources to make a voluntary and informed decision about returning to Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you fled Ukraine, you should make your presence known and communicate your contact details to the General Department of Immigration of the Ministry of Home Affairs by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Completing the Arrivals in Luxembourg \u2013 Ukraine<\/a> form (available in French, English, Ukrainian, Russian)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Sending the completed form via email to: <\/a><\/strong>immigration.desk@mai.etat.lu<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    This information will help the General Department of Immigration contact you to schedule an appointment for the application for temporary protection (see section \u201cHow do I apply for temporary protection?<\/strong><\/a>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you do not have access to an email account, you can make your presence known at the emergency reception centre set up by the authorities to host persons fleeing the war in Ukraine, accessible 24\/7, and situated at <\/a>Rue Tony Rollman – Google Maps<\/a> (near the National Sports and Culture Centre \u201cCoque\u201d)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u27a1\ufe0fD<\/a>ownload a flyer with instructions on how to get to the emergency initial reception centre (available in French, English, Ukrainian, and Russian).<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The emergency reception centre also provides shelter<\/strong> during the first couple of days, as well as food and items of primary necessity, for people wishing to request temporary protection in Luxembourg. Pets are not allowed. After the first few days, you will be directed to other government structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Moreover, your arrival in Luxembourg must be reported to the local administration of your place of residence in Luxembourg at the latest after obtaining your temporary protection status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
