Government of Kenya Refugee ID Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be 18\u201325 years old and currently living in Kenya and have continuously resided in the country for at least 3 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have completed secondary school, with original certificates, result slips, and any other academic documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate English or French proficiency (oral and written)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be single (unmarried) with no children<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be facing barriers to accessing or completing undergraduate education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be self\u2011reliant, mature, and suitable for integration
