The Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP) combines refugee resettlement and economic immigration. It\u2019s a pathway that helps skilled refugees immigrate to Canada through existing economic programs and gives employers access to a new pool of qualified candidates to fill job openings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any refugee who meets the minimum eligibility criteria is welcome to apply. i.e., They must:
1. Be a recognized refugee in Kenya
2. Be Between 21-55 years of age
3. Have completed High School education
4. Have completed and been paid for 1-year experience in the field for which they are applying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Programme pilote des voies de mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique (PPSE) combine la r\u00e9installation des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et l\u2019immigration \u00e9conomique. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une voie qui aide les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s qualifi\u00e9s \u00e0 immigrer au Canada gr\u00e2ce aux programmes \u00e9conomiques existants et qui donne aux employeurs l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un nouveau bassin de personnes qualifi\u00e9espour pourvoir les postes vacants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qui peut acc\u00e9der au PPEM?
Tout r\u00e9fugi\u00e9 qui r\u00e9pond aux crit\u00e8res d\u2019admissibilit\u00e9 minimaux est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 postuler. c.-\u00e0-d. qu\u2019ils doivent :
1. \u00catre un r\u00e9fugi\u00e9 reconnu au Kenya
2. Avoir entre 21 et 55 ans
3. Avoir termin\u00e9 ses \u00e9tudes secondaires
4. Avoir compl\u00e9t\u00e9et \u00e9t\u00e9 pay\u00e9 pour 1 an d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine pour lequel ils postulent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
