We encourage you to contact JAR to receive the services. Please note that UNHCR in Japan does not provide direct counselling services and does not accommodate in-person visits for counselling:

Japan Association for Refugees (JAR) provides legal counseling on the procedures available in Japan and assists asylum seekers in submitting an application with a Regional Immigration Services Bureau.
