Since the closure of the project, only the following written updates are available on the project website in Hebrew, Russian and Ukraine languages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access to Medical Insurance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting on July 1, 2024, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kolzchut.org.il\/he\/%D7%A8%D7%99%D7%A9%D7%95%D7%9D_%D7%91%D7%A7%D7%95%D7%A4%D7%95%D7%AA_%D7%94%D7%97%D7%95%D7%9C%D7%99%D7%9D_%D7%9C%D7%90%D7%96%D7%A8%D7%97%D7%99_%D7%90%D7%95%D7%A7%D7%A8%D7%90%D7%99%D7%A0%D7%94,_%D7%90%D7%A8%D7%99%D7%AA%D7%A8%D7%99%D7%90%D7%94_%D7%95%D7%A1%D7%95%D7%93%D7%9F_%D7%97%D7%A1%D7%A8%D7%99_%D7%9E%D7%A2%D7%9E%D7%93_%D7%91%D7%99%D7%A9%D7%A8%D7%90%D7%9C\">new regulations for the National Health Insurance Law<\/a> came into effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the regulations, some foreign nationals in Israel who are not subject to deportation will be able to receive paid medical services through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leumit.co.il\/rus\/home\/\">Leumit Health Insurance<\/a> as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Age 0 to 18 &#8211; at a cost of 140 NIS per month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Age 60 and over &#8211; at a cost of 320 NIS per month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This arrangement replaces the insurance previously provided through Tzav HaSha\u2019a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To check your eligibility and arrange registration and payment, please contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leumit.co.il\/rus\/home\/\">Leumit Health Insurance<\/a> branch nearest to your home or the Leumit service center at *507, or the Ministry of Health by calling *5400.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Domestic Violence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For domestic violence issues please call <a href=\"https:\/\/govextra.gov.il\/molsa\/domesticviolence\/home\/home\/\">the Ministry of Welfare and Social Security Call Center<\/a> operates 24\/7, using a toll free number: 118.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This emergency hotline is available in Hebrew, Russian, Arabic, Amharic, English and French.<br>Telephone:&nbsp;<a href=\"tel:_972779208560\">077-9208560<\/a><br>Free SMS number: &nbsp;050-2270118<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/govextra.gov.il\/molsa\/aluma\/home\/\"><strong>Aluma centers<\/strong><\/a><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emergency centers for victims of domestic violence that provide a comprehensive range of services under one roof, including short-term (up to 72 hours) shelter, medical care, legal advice and more &#8211; for anyone affected by domestic violence, regardless of their status in Israel.
