The police officers must provide the occupants of the house with a warrant. The order must be written in a language you understand, and it must include the precise address of the house.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><font><strong><font>\u27a1\ufe0f<\/font><\/strong><\/font><strong>No violence.<\/strong> No violence must be used during the arrest. If you resist arrest, a police officer may use reasonable force to ensure the arrest.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><font><strong><font>\u27a1\ufe0f<\/font><\/strong><\/font><strong>Phone Call &amp; Lawyer. <\/strong>You have the right to make a phone call to inform of your arrest. Before a police interrogation, you have a right to consult a lawyer. If you don&#8217;t have a lawyer, you can ask to have one appointed to you by the State, which may be provided if you meet certain conditions, including lack of financial capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><font><strong><font>\u27a1\ufe0f<\/font><\/strong><\/font><strong>The Hearing. <\/strong>If you have a hearing by the Ministry of Interior, you also have a right to be represented by a lawyer, but you cannot get a state-appointed lawyer.
