{"id":7426,"date":"2026-10-13T11:02:19","date_gmt":"2026-10-13T11:02:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.unhcr.org\/iran\/?p=7426"},"modified":"2026-10-13T11:02:21","modified_gmt":"2026-10-13T11:02:21","slug":"call-for-applications-dafi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.unhcr.org\/iran\/en\/2026\/10\/13\/call-for-applications-dafi\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Applications \u2014 DAFI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Call for Applications for New Students under the DAFI Project Supporting Vulnerable Refugee Students<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access to higher education and the opportunity to continue one\u2019s studies are among the most important means of empowering young people and building a sustainable future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project is implemented in cooperation with the Center for Aliens and Foreign Immigrants Affairs (CAFIA) of the Ministry of Interior, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and the International Farda Development Activists (IFDA). It has been established to support students who require assistance in pursuing their university education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <strong>Initial Eligibility Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 The student must be enrolled in an undergraduate (Bachelor\u2019s) programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 The student must be in their first to third semester of study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 The student or head of household must hold a valid Amayesh card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 No member of the family must have previously benefited from a DAFI scholarship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 The student must have a Grade Point Average (GPA) above 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccc Eligible students may contact the <strong>International Farda Development Activists (IFDA)<\/strong> through the contact details below to obtain further information about the registration process and required documentation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcde <strong>09013237331<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udce7 <a href=\"mailto:dafi@ifdair.org\"><strong>dafi@ifdair.org<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Call for Applications for New Students under the DAFI Project Supporting Vulnerable Refugee Students Access to higher education and the opportunity to continue one\u2019s studies are among the most important means of empowering young people and building a sustainable future.
