In Ecuador, everyone has the right to access health regardless of nationality or migration status. ? Since May 24, 2021, the 9/100 immunization plan began. Consider that:
- Vaccination shall be available per ?age group -i.e., from older to younger individuals- and by risk, diseases, preexisting conditions, and high-risk jobs.
- People will no longer have to “book” their vaccination appointments.
- The dates on which each age-group can be vaccinated will be communicated through official sources, digital platforms of the Ministerio de Salud Pública (Ministry of Public Health), and media weeks in advance. You can check the dates here: Schedule.
