What is sexual exploitation?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any actual or attempted<\/em> abuse of a position of vulnerability, differential power, or trust for sexual purposes. It includes trafficking and prostitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is sexual abuse?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any actual or threatened<\/em> sexual activity carried out by force or under unequal or coercive conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sexual exploitation and abuse can happen to anyone\u2014men, women, boys, and girls\u2014at any age, with or without a disability, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity and in any circumstance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
