The Ministry of the Interior, upon delivering a decision on asylum, will inform you that the NGO \u2018Centre for Culture of Dialogue\u2019, who are their implementing partner, may provide support to you. &nbsp;This NGO can assist you through seven mobile teams composed of a caseworker and cultural mediator in Zagreb, Osijek, Slavonski Brod, Sisak, Karlovac, Rijeka, Pula and Zadar. An integral part of the project is preparing of individual integration plans and assistance with access to services. If you accept their services, you will receive an information package from the Ministry of Interior and the \u2018Centre for Culture of Dialogue\u2019 will be notified. &nbsp;You are also free to contact <a href=\"https:\/\/help.unhcr.org\/croatia\/reception-centers\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"124\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">any other NGO &#8211; please check this page for more information<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, when receiving the decision on granting protection, the Ministry of the Interior will provide you with a Guide through Integration \u2013 Basic Information for the Integration of Aliens into Croatian Society (see below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Welcome Center for asylum seekers, refugees and foreign workers<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A One-stop shop \/ Welcome Centre for refugees, asylum seekers and migrants is located in Petrinjska 31, 10 000 Zagreb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Welcome Centre is providing the following services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>information about social protection and healthcare under the jurisdiction of the City<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information on enrolment in kindergarten, primary and secondary schools, as well as opportunities to obtain scholarships for students with international and temporary protection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>general legal information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information on regulating civil status (marriage, life partnership, registration of birth, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information on employment opportunities in Croatia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information on enrolment in Croatian language courses and details on other integration activities (trainings, workshops, cultural mediation, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information on intercultural welcome programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Working hours of the Welcome Centre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Phone: +38517001974<br>Mobile phone: 091 1622129<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E-mail: <a href=\"mailto:integracija.stranaca@zagreb.hr\">integracija.stranaca@zagreb.hr<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>website: <a href=\"https:\/\/zagreb.hr\/centar-dobrodoslice\/200866\">https:\/\/zagreb.hr\/centar-dobrodoslice\/200866<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you have been granted asylum or subsidiary protection, an Integration Officer from the Ministry of the Interior will explain your rights and obligations and will assist you in the realisation of those rights.
