The <strong>criteria are defined by the resettlement country<\/strong> based on specific protection needs and particular vulnerabilities. UNHCR monitors individual cases of refugees continuously and determines those eligible for Resettlement consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#cce3f2\"><strong>Resettlement is not a right and is not available to everyone granted refugee status.
