Solo puede solicitar asilo en el pa\u00eds en el que est\u00e1 actualmente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n es un refugiado?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una persona se considera refugiada si cumple las siguientes condiciones:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Est\u00e1 fuera de su pa\u00eds de origen\/nacionalidad; Y&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tiene un temor fundado de ser perseguido debido a su raza, religi\u00f3n, nacionalidad, pertenencia a un grupo social particular u opini\u00f3n pol\u00edtica; Y&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debido a su temor a la persecuci\u00f3n, no puede o esta indispuesto a recibir la protecci\u00f3n de su pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Una persona es considerada un refugiado s\u00f3lo despu\u00e9s de que el Gobierno o ACNUR tramiten la solicitud y proveen ese reconocimiento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n es un solicitante de asilo?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un solicitante de asilo es alguien que ha solicitado el estado de refugiado, pero quien a\u00fan no ha recibido una decisi\u00f3n sobre si el\/ella ha sido reconocido como refugiado.&nbsp;&nbsp;.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No todos los solicitantes de asilo ser\u00e1n reconocidos como refugiados, pero cada refugiado fue inicialmente un solicitante de asilo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ninguna circunstancia un solicitante de asilo debe ser rechazado del aeropuerto o las fronteras por oficiales.
